MAC accounts are 1 device only. The MAC you use with your purchase can be changed in your customer control panel. 1 account supports multiple devices on 1 to multiple IP addresses, we reserve the right to change this and lock IP’s at any given time. Abuse of this policy will result in the termination of your account without a refund of any balance of your current service period.
To enjoy Thunder Hosting you must have a supported device and high speed internet. A connected device on a network speed of at least 25 mbs is recommended. Any device with available memory of at least 32mb and sufficient hardware of at least dual core is recommended. Amazon Fire Tv sticks work well with our service.
We do not host any streams on our servers. We simply provide a buffer between you the customer and the supplier of the content. Our supplier reserves the right to control content. They may add or remove channels at any time. In order to keep the services running at its best you may experience intermittent down time for maintenance and upgrades.
After payment, you will receive a receipt of payment confirmation from PayPal, our preferred payment provider. You will receive a separate email from us instantly of your purchase with your login credentials. Although is rare cases you will receive your login credentials within 24 hours. Please do not email or attempt to contact us asking for account info if it has not been more than 24 hours.
We offer support for the duration of your subscription. You can join our Slack/Discord group chat or for the fastest and best response time. Email support may take up to 48 hours for a response. For your convenience you may also use the Support Ticket page as it is our preferred method of communication.
The use of a VPN is at your own discretion. We have used a few of them and find (VPN) to work best with ThunderTv.
No restreaming of our content is allowed, Accounts caught restreaming our services will be terminated and the user banned from future accounts.
Abusive comments or language towards our staff could result in the cancelation of your services.
Abuse of the support tickets system by submitting multiple tickets for the same issue without allowing the original ticket to be processed is not tolerated.

In order to become a member and utilize the Thunder hosting services, you must be 18 years old or older.
Usage and service terms:
You may not directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.
Third party purchases:
Your transactions and other dealings with third party vendors that are found on or through the service, and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such dealer.
Quality of streams:
A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, ThunderTv does not make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
We Reserve the right to refuse service, limit or outright ban any region or country from accessing our services at any time without notice.
Accuracy of information:
All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all utilization of your account.
In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help Center.
Internet service and data usage:
You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.
Sharing a subscription:
Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have two active streams open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time. Multiple connections are meant to be used by the same subscriber, and even though our service is not IP locked sharing your account to be used by others not in the same household is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination with no refund.
In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for services and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.
Number of channels and movies (VOD):
The number of channels and movies available can be changed at any time with our without prior notice.
Suspension and downtime:
In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Thunder determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
The ThunderTv logo, and other Thunder marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of Thunder. None of the Thunder trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
